elcome to our spring issue of Exclusively Inverness magazine.

The first quarter 2008 Inverness home sales reflect the slowdown in real estate we’ve all become accustom to hearing about. Buyers are expecting to get real value if they are going to venture into this housing market. Navigating through this requires a keen understanding of the Inverness market.
