elcome to our spring 2015 issue of Exclusively Inverness magazine. As we put together this edition, I'm unsure as to what the weather will be when you receive this. One day it's snowing, the next it's approaching seventy degrees. Either way, I can honestly say the spring market has come to Inverness!
Buyers are out, interest rates remain at historically low levels, and pricing is still attractive. Now might be just the right time to make that move. Serious buyers are constantly looking for information that will ultimately lead them to their dream home.
